guilty as charged !

notice anything missing
?
like maybe
me
since this isn't where I'm at right now
~~~~~
here sits my wonderful projects desk
and
a year ago it would have been covered with art everything
glue sticks, paints, papers, rub-ons, pastels
you know what I'm talking about
~
but
now I sit here
at my desk
in my office
with my computer in front of me
scrutinizing and editing the photos I've taken
~
because
now I love my camera more than any of my art supplies
~
come to think about it
I love it
even more than my favorite louis vuitton bag
that has been my "favorite anything" for 6 solid years now
and
even more than my
perfectly worn in and "fitted to my feet only" ugg boots
which is huge
{kim you know what I'm talking about here, right}
~
is that bad
?
so
I ask you
what do you love this valentines' weekend
NOT WHO
but
what
ONE
materialistic thing
do you love over everything else you own
?
  5. My flowers and garden herbs - I moved house twice last year, but I transported all my plants into pots so I could take the garden with me!! Took a whole van, and the back of my estate car to shift them, but it was definitely worth it. The rosemary bush didn't like the experience though, and she died - I was devastated for months about that. Bright Blessings x
  6. I absolutely LOVE my Canon 40D. I bought her a new fancy camera strap for Valentine's Day so she'd look extra hot this weekend. And then I reserved a new lens for her at the camera store so she could experiment a little. I gave her a bath with soft cloths last night and now she's ready to for two photo shoots this weekend. And we just realized this very moment that we didn't buy anything yet for hubby. Ooops.
  7. I love your space- I wish mine were like that. I would have to say the one thing I love the best is my craft room. It is little and messy (but organized for me) but I just love going down there and being around creative stuff. I don't always produce, but that's ok- sometimes it's enough to just be soaking in all the creative inspirational vibes the stuff gives off - haha.
  8. I'm so in love with my laptop which I've only had for 5 months. I don't know how I ever lived without it. I read parallel bibles in English and Spanish on it every morning while listening to AOL radio. Then I check out my friends on Facebook and Blogger, write and post pictures,check my calendar, the weather, the TV listings. If it crashes I might just expire.
    My camera is second, but I don't really know how to utilize it fully yet.
  9. my cell phone :(
    which makes me a little sad. I wish it was something more... sentimental. Oh well, screw it. I need to communicate right?
  10. Well, first of all,I'm in awe of your space because it's amazing and beautiful and I can't even imagine that much open ground! (Says the queen of WAY too much clutter, despite efforts to simplify!)
    Second, I think one of the things I really love (because I NEVER have just one) is the topper of my "mom's" Christmas tree -- it's a giant gingerman my dad made for her once, stuffing her earrings inside at Christmas. I love it because there's a long story to it but one that expresses both of them. (And that it's Christmas doesn't hurt, either!)
    And if it wasn't inanimate, I'd say Gypsy!
    Hugs and Happy Valentine's Day!
  15. I used to feel that way about editing too. I have to admit, I don't use photoshop very often, because I am almost completely clueless on how to use it. I tend to use Picnik or Poladroid if I want to edit.
    Hmm one materialistic thing that I love? I can't just choose one :-) My camera, my Blackberry, my books and my laptop :-)
    Peace
