I know I know I know...

it's spc wednesday
and
"I GOT NOTHING"
new
~~~~~
my creativity level sank this week
even though
the comments about my photos last week
kept me floating on air for days and days
~~~
"thank you"
EVERYONE
for the kind and wonderful words you showered me with
~~~
so this week
with the self timer not on and my camera in it's bag
I went through my archives and found this picture
which I'm sure I've used before
but
completely shows an emotion I wanted to share
~~~
this is me at the beach
in my favorite spot
seaside
florida
with a cold wave washing up my back
and
I'm happy
~~
actually
more than happy
~~~~~
ecstatic~delirious~carefree~euphoric~blissful~lighthearted~overjoyed~thrilled
yep
something exactly like that
~~
so
like a handful of wild flowers
go ahead
pick one for yourself
and
have a wednesday filled with just a little bit more happiness than you had intended
*
{and yes...of course...I did a little processing/editing on my photo}
Hi Beth,
The cold water you could maybe keep but a little seaside fun in the sunshine would be great!
I love this! And, it made me smile really big on a cold (again) gray (again) day!
I love your photo, the joy is exuding from you. With a smile like that I doubt there was much editing to do.
i feel the same way, oceans, lakes, streams, rivers, gulfs, it doesn't matter. being near, on or in the water, joyful.
I agree with HOLLY, can't wait until I can stand in front of a cold wave...great picture too!!!!
In Maryland, we went from 32 degrees to 89 degrees and back to 60 degrees....it's cold and gray and a big splash would do me good....
That is a great photo of you beth... you DO look so happy, it's wonderful.
As for lack of inspiration/motivation in the photograph department, I know it well. While I seem to be buying a lot of cameras lately, I don't seem to have the time nor the inclination to take many photos heheh.
Peace
Carol
That is exactly how I pictures you when you were at the ocean last winter. What a happy-making picture.
This is wonderful! It makes me long for a hot summer day and a cool body of water to wash away the heat.
I think everyone should have a picture of themselves in complete bliss...a moment when they were truly truly happy. A picture they can seek solace in when the difficult days set in.
I don't have a picture like this....not yet. But I think I will have very soon.
