to be or not to be.....

I was editing today or is it called processing
or is just called playing around with your photos until you're blue in the face and then your hubby takes your computer away from you and says
"hey, remember me ?"
I've told you before I'm addicted to playing with my photos and until they tell me
it could cause me to grow an extra toe
I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing
what I'd really like to do is take photos like denise
cripes her photography is amazing
everything she does is soft and gentle and etheral and mystical
I can't be like her
she's already taken
{get it?....banner saying}
let's move on
so I played with the flowers above and I like the softer versions
on somedays that softness fits me perfectly
as far as who I am, how I dress and I how I act
then there are those days where I'm loud in everything I do
I think I'll keep my options open
just keep being myself

  1. I do like the processing you did on the yellow flower in the top left hand corner!

  2. I love the processing part the best too!!!

  3. You have to keep being yourself, cause like this cool blog says, Be yourself, everyone else is taken!

He, you are showing my beloved state flower there. I adore the Black Eyed Susans, Maryland's state flower. I grow them in my PA gardens and think fondly of home.

  4. I do like what you did to make the picture softer- I wish I knew how to do it too. Stay warm!

  5. Oh, it is wonderful. I do not know to be or not to be..... LOL

  6. I love this post — and your willingnes to embrace being yourself, however you feel that day.

  7. you are you and I happen to adore what you do...keep on keeping on honey! :)

we all have to find our own way.

  8. Nice collage of flowers and color. No sense in trying to be anyone but you!!!

  9. I adore Boho girl! She is good people...

I enjoy her style of photography, just as I do yours. You both have the eye.

  10. Your blog title IS awesome Beth... straight to the point and so very, very honest about what is and should be important.

  11. Hi Beth,

These images are lovely whichever way! Remember to give your husband a little smile every now and then maybe he'll let you work on just a bit longer!

  12. I just love the new look -- with the stories. Very cool!

  13. Beth, You would be fine with an extra toe. I'm not sure you would be fine without photo editing. I think you may be stuck with it not matter what. Thank God.

**I love reading the comments you leave, as they make me feel like we're sitting in my kitchen, having a cup of tea, discussing life and wondering where all the time has gone ...beth
