i know his momma is anxious to see these
so i'm teasing her with just a few shots
~
normally when i'm shooting senior photos
i don't want other people in the pictures
but
the walkers on the beach
well
i think the timing was perfect
with just a quick "run through"
this one might be my favorite
~
i love the hood and the serious look
but
you have to admit
his smile is contagious
thank you early evening sun
for coming along and being cooperative

Aaaaah someone's mom is going to be loving those.
ReplyDeleteI just found out that my brother is going to be getting married in March 2013, I'm going to have to pick your brains about portrait photography (as it's something I never do) so that hopefully I'll be able to get a few decent shots from the day.
i like the 3rd one w/ the smile. :)
ReplyDeleteMany years ago now, I shot senior pictures for a gal in northern Michigan who couldn't afford to have them taken by the usual companies who do it. It was fun. I took them outside by the water, and they turned out wonderful, she was thrilled and so was I! Nice shots Beth.
ReplyDeletethese are wonderful...on the last one, i love the way the light falls on his glasses :)
ReplyDeleteHe is beautiful. You have such a gorgeous eye, Miss Beth.
ReplyDeleteHappy Friday and I hope the weekend has some sweet peaceful moments.
They are all good, but I think my favorite is also in the hood. That first one is cute with the girl's walking in the distance too.

when are you and your family at the beach: I'm seriously driving down so you can do a shoot of my sweets.... you are so good, Beth! And the fact you enjoy your work shows through your pics....
ReplyDeleteWhat a happy mama he will have!
ReplyDeleteThey're all great! What a handsome young man.
ReplyDeleteI agree, I like them all, but my favorite is definitely the hoodie. Nice photos, as always!

ReplyDeleteGreetings from the Amish community of Lebanon county. Have a great weekend folks. Richard from Amish Stories.
ReplyDeleteLove the reflection of you in the bottom one.
ReplyDeleteWonderful photographs, a huge, captivating smile...but I'm with you -- I love the one with the hoodie...it captures this young man at this time in his life -- and how they dress is everything...he'll look back and think fondly on those days of youth that were carefree!
ReplyDeleteWonderful shots Beth!!!
