kind of sappy...

we went on a nature walk yesterday
around our favorite pond
~~

and
after not seeing each other
for almost three weeks
a funny thing happened

we couldn't seem to take our eyes off each other
~~
{amazing isn't it that after all these years we still like each other}
so
maybe today
we'll head downtown with our cameras
and
if you're lucky
we'll get cool photos of madison to share with you
instead of photos of us
*
and
maybe I'll wear a pair of jeans
that don't make my butt all saggy
and
frumpy dumpy

  25. Absence makes the heart.....

My sweetheart and I spend about 3 months of the year apart, just because that's the way life is for us. We miss each other, but think it makes our togetherness more special. Lucky you!

And by the way, the first photo is absolutely beautiful. Very, very evocative.

  26. Or, maybe you'll figure out we don't care how you butt looks because we love you...not your jeans, and well, I'm going to force feed you cream doughnuts till your butt looks like mine if you keep talking about yourself like that; if you're going to whine, I'll give you something to whine about! So there.
