i'm a proud mama today
~
yesterday my daughter and her boyfriend ran in madison's crazy legs
which is a HUGE event for this area
~
there were over 19,000 runners
~
the hubby and i drove them downtown
since we knew the parking would be impossible
~
i jumped out of the car when we got there
and
pinned their bibs on them and then took a few photos
~
this one is my favorite
as it looks like she just told her boyfriend what they were going to do
like
maybe he was thinking we were all going to the farmer's market

:) cute!

They are a cute couple. with 19000 other runners. wow. I do know I would come in last, but sometimes last can be a good thing. They sure should be proud of themselves. have a great week Beth. take care.
ReplyDeleteIts great to be doing things together...even if its running! Tho frankly I rather run ... to reach on time, or catch an auto or something like that!
ReplyDeleteThat is fantastic!
ReplyDelete19,000 runners...there must have been some amazing energy in the air.
