last week
we went to the heartland sanctuary

I did the same thing just last week.
ReplyDeleteYou're right the animals really love people's attention.
Looks like a fun day was had by all and some great photos too!
I think your hubby is in the first "real" black and white photo - taking a picture of you. I, too, love animals, the outdoors, farms, especially the smells. I am not at all offended by the *ahem* natural smells of the barnyard, in fact I find myself invigorated by it. It awakens a part of my spirit that wants to get up with the roosters and go to bed with the sun. Lovely shots, they make me crave going for a walk in the woods which, in fact, I am going to do and brave the blackflies rain or shine.
ReplyDeletewhat a fun series of photos ... I love living "rural" ...
ReplyDeleteI just love the photos here.

ReplyDeletedearest Beth,
ReplyDeleteit is me kt40(kt)it has taken me a while to get back online, but your blog is one of my first stops. I wanted to thank you for the "day by day" bracelette and the beautiful notecard you sent to sperlygirl then she sent it off to me. The bracelette does not leave my arm and the notecard is hanging near the bathroom mirror so i can see it each day. I am working on a new blog and hopefully by this summer it will be up and running. much love to you!!
