you can never not be who you've already been....

this felt garland hangs in the window of my office. the office that i call command central. it's where everything happens. there are papers and notes everywhere. on my desk. on the hutch behind my desk. sometimes even on the floor in front of the double doors
so that i don't forget to grab them on my way out.
~
there are pens and makers in every size and color you could ever imagine.
my calendar, the mother ship for command central, lays on my desk and if you tip toed into my house and stole it from me, i'd be more lost than little red riding hood in the woods and would send the big bad wolf after you so he could eat you for doing such a mean thing.
~
there's a love seat that faces my desk where my hubby often sits when he wants to talk to me. actually it's not always the talking that brings him, it's the comfort of the love seat. we've had it for years, but the partially down filled cushions still make it the best place in the whole house to just be.
~
today if you want to know a little bit more about who i am
i spilled opened up for anyes
when she asked me a few questions for her tuesday's talks
~
maybe i'll see over there

  3. Beth, it is such a privileged to get to know you better one post at a time, and I feel really honoured you accepted my invitation to talk and share a bit more of your world with me.
Can you feel hugs when they are virtual?

I'm not sure if I ever mentioned this to you before, but it was YOU who got me to put a bug in my hubby's ear to buy me a digital SLR. Yours was the first photoblog I found that spoke to me, loud and clear! And, yes, without the blogosphere, photography would just not have the same appeal.

  6. You've not transitioned to a little electronic device to hold your "importants," a little device that can be easily misplaced (or dropped in the commode)?

and the love seat sounds perfectly placed
    for business and life
    to remain gentle
    between you lovebirds.

Oh, I've gotten so far behind! I love the image of your office (although that's pretty much what my house is like - my notes and lists everywhere!) I'm the same way about my calendar!
