Yes, yes, yes!! This is the funniest thing - a couple of days ago I was headed home & passed a couple of tame kitties partaking of the very same pleasure, on the porch next to the porch swing where they are usually just lounging. It just made me smile. In addition to making me more than smile, this is a pretty gorgeous image.

On the outskirts of our property is a bald eagle's nest and every season at mating time we *catch* glimpses of our resident pair engaging in this exact activity...with MUCH vocalization...and we humans are always overjoyed that this symbolizes another year of a baby eaglet growing up (winging up?) nearby...
