  1. Humidity and heat, ugh! It's Florida most of the time. Enjoy it with a lemonade.

We had rain and marble-sized hail pummeling the young tender starts. Heck, we're still in winter mode. I bet you have basil bolting already.

  3. If I had a turquois bike and a diamond patterned siedewalk to follow I might risk a spin on a bike. :) Your Fridays post was adorable. What a photogenic little girl.

  5. Love the photo! Any actions or just your own creative processing?
Now that I've seen this, I'm vowing to ONLY ride on diamond patterned sidewalks. Hmmm, that'll keep me off those uncomfortable seats for a long time! Fun post!

  6. Nice bikes all in a line. My bike is purple. A happy color. I don't know if I would like the diamond pattern on a sidewalk while I am riding a bike and trying not to crash. I fell two times last year on the bike trails. I really like the way you soften the look on the photo.

  7. What's wrong with humidity? Humidity would be nice. No slathering the body to prevent crispy skin, no scratchy air going down the lungs. I've been in Florida in July. Got a kick out of how my glasses fogged over when I left ac to go outside. Kinda like living in a dishwasher. Bring it on.

My bike is white--BOORING color, fun bike.

The turquoise colored bike would be perfect!! Go to
    www.cycletour.co.za
and start training for the "2011 Cape Argus Cycling Tour". (It is not just a race for competitive cyclists.)

It’s a super beautiful race. There's about 35 000 riders that will join you. Lots of people stop at every watering station and chat along the way. Some people do it for charities and there are all shapes and sizes on the road. And it's FUN!!!

Now can you share just a little of that heat with Oregon. Brrr! It is cold and rainy here, where is summer? It must be there.

  24. Hi Beth...I'm so sorry reading your post about using the camera wrong ;-( I was puzzled by it. So thanks for explaining.

I love this shot. Nowadays we have lots of those bike riding around here in Holland too. Did you know every dutch person as at least 3 bikes. So that makes 17 million people times 3...figure that one out.
I'll wanna go to A'dam for some really cool bike shots...there are lots and lots.
    Happy sunday dear friend. D.

  28. I lived in Tampa for two years as a young Air Force bride. It was an interesting city but I was so glad to leave. Even though I'm a Georgia girl, I always have hated being hot and sweaty and I don't like flat places ( guess that's why I am so happy in the cool, hilly San Francisco area ). Give me the Pacific anytime!
