What a wonderful post to read first thing this morning. I woke up in a cheerful mood and I am looking forward to a fabulous day. I have a field trip with my camera club this afternoon and dinner out with hubby and friends tonight.
I agree, looking forward to a day in the 40's, kids running with light coats, and some good ol' Vitamin D! Enjoy!

The critters are playing a fast game of tag in the back yard. People going in and out of stores are not wearing huge coats. It is supposed to be over 40 degrees F today. Heat wave!

Love your post, we are having a heat wave too. we were out sitting in the sun and I can see buds just at the surface. we are supposed to get snow again on Wednesday. love how you did your picture. it looks great. have fun and jump.

Yesterday I was sprinkled with cherry blossoms in a sun almost 70 degrees; so unheard of at this time of year in Portland. So beautiful. Enjoy the sunshine!

That's the way we feel on a sunny day in CO, too. A little hint of ground under a wintry tree is all we need to make us believe in spring.

Funny about the 40 being a heat wave as my towns coldest day ever on record is 48.2F
We have had terrible weather here, it never rains but this weekend we have had a down pore and suffered flash flooding and massive hail and storm damage in my town. I was lucky that my house suffered no damage.

here in ottawa the temp hit 50 fahrenheit. shorts and t-shirts!! bloody hot, said the people. only march for crying out loud. lol.

I saw a few cars with the tops down this weekend...yep...some of us are in a strange denial. Tops down but windows up and the biggest wooliest coats you could imagine. *shaking her head*
