I agree...

it's hard enough to have your picture taken when you're a little bit shy
and
just turning a year old
but
then they throw you on top of a pumpkin the size of a whale
and
expect you to smile
~~
if he could have spoken I think I would have heard
"come on people
give me a break"

This is one of the sweetest pictures I've ever seen. I would protest as well - that looks like a very high perch off of terra firma!

awesome... he was probably scared of the oversized freakishly huge pumpkin! I qualify this as the same as sitting on Santa's lap, which I never did since I was mortified of him. Oh well, there's always this year right?

this photo elicited a huge smile from me. The expression on his face is priceless and that pumpkin is just so darn big. Usually, you see crying kids sitting on Santa's lap. This is my first for a crying kid sitting on a pumpkin. I love it.

Is this a real pumpkin? it's huge, I'd be scared of it too.

Poor little boy, I'm sure all he wanted to do was play.

Oh this made me laugh!!! So adorable.
He looks as intimidated by that gigantic pumpkin as most children are of Santa's beard!

So cute.
