I think for me, when I see these shots you are kind enough to hsare with us, is that these buildings, now just relics were at one time the places that Human Beings called 'home'...
And I wonder how they can be left behind with no more people to share with...
An incredible series, truly. You captured interest in each corner, window and weathered board. On the last shot, you captured a wonderful reflection on one side of the window and decay on the other. Love that contrast!

Ahhh- so much to ponder as I gaze at the loveliness of your photos. I tried to channel my inner Beth and we stopped in our travels at an abandoned house- I tried to capture it- but I have to admit the photos fell flat.
Oh your photos are breathtaking! Now how did you get that print there? I agree we must first go looking and then be open to something unexpected and greater than we imagined. A good philosophy for life.
