I hadn't thought of every hour being happy hour at the beach, but you are so right. Oh to be at the beach. So I will go to the beach for a few days, but mostly I will sit by the fire with a good good and listen to the waves below. It will be a winter beach, not the sunshine beach you are enjoying.
oh, the little dog is so sweet! i love how the coasts (and europe) allow them such freedom, and find it frustrating that across much of the midwest, they're "guilty until proven innocent" :o(
