i hope this weekend finds you soaking up the love that surrounds you.
too often, we take that love for granted and act as if it's never ending.
let's not do that anymore. instead bathe in it.
throw it up in the air and let it land on you like fairy dust.
dance in it. celebrate it. sit with it and really understand it.
listen to it. hold it tight.
love it.

Love can land on me like fairy dust or clunk my head like hail. Bring it on.
ReplyDeleteYES! To this. This weekend is our Thanksgiving in Canada and I have both my children home and last night as we were driving to celebrate their grandmother's birthday and then we went on to dinner, I sat beside youngest in the backseat and kept touching him and squeezing him. Normally he'd tell me to "stop" but he just smiled and laughed and he "got it". He's missed me as much as I've missed him. I didn't have to "say" that -- the touching and squeezing did it all so easily!! xo
ReplyDeleteThat's my religious message for today. Love is sacred energy.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful post!
ReplyDeleteGreat timing, as we're going through a lot of stress here. I'll revel in love instead of stressing and neglecting it.
ReplyDeletecalvin and i went cliff walking today. we found a little alcove, hidden by overgrown grass and a sandy mound. we crawled in there and lay in silence. the seals, gulls and waves were speaking to each other below.
