Autumn is my favourite season and even if it rains a lot the gifts it brings always feel my heart with joy and wonder. Come to think of it...you always bring me joy and wonder too :-)
I've recently found a local type of apple which is just utterly divine but I haven't a clue what it is. I just buy bags and bags. They look like pink ladies but aren't. I need to remember to ask next time I get them. I'm always insuch a rush to eat the things and forget! That's the problem when you come from the garden of England! So many yummy things to eat at this time of year you get distracted!
I have a weakness for apple photos and this one is gorgeous! Yes, apples are something to be thankful in fall. But don't we have a couple more days of summer? Please!
It's time already? I love apple picking, the smells of the trees and the first crunch. Oooh and really needed to read "finding words", sweet. Thank you for sharing.
**I love reading the comments you leave, as they make me feel like we're sitting in my kitchen, having a cup of tea, discussing life and wondering where all the time has gone ...beth
