today....

i think i need
to ask all the disjointed parts of myself
if they wouldn't mind
maybe getting together
and
working as a team

  1. Wouldn't that be nice? I'm asking all my parts the very same thing. *sigh*

  2. Aw, are you feeling down? or just jumbled?
Beautiful blossom. Is that the state bird I see on the little branch to the right? Haven't we froze them all yet?
Hope you're feeling whole soon. Then again, that sounds rather boring! I think the disjointed funkiness of the human race is what makes it so interesting to be alive!
Embrace yourself as you are. Then the pieces will fall into place the best they can. After all, you are pretty wonderful just the way you are.
    ;)

  3. Beth,
I wrote a comment yesterday and it was lost as safari shut down on me just as I was hitting publish. Which completely freaked me out since that was sort of the subject of your post. I expressed my absolute terror for these things because I have yet to save anything.. not really sure how to go about it. Wild .

as for the tummy stuff, I think you said you'd been tested for celiac, but I've heard that even when it's negative you can still be very sensitive to gluten. hope this works itself out soon.

  4. I see your eye and your camera lens are still working together perfectly with your heart. The little bug on the stem is a wonderful capture, Beth.

  19. Ha! I ask my "parts" every day to do this; they have yet to listen (especially during yoga). Beautiful photo, however. Uplifting...
