I know it is going to be a year of major changes
for me, starting early on, with a move from the home in which I have lived for thirteen years. We'll see if I can come up for a name for it all, the emotions and anxiety I am feeling, the anticipation, along with some excitement!

Mine is.................STRETCH. I will make healthy my body by stretching it where it should be and where it used to be. I will stretch my creativity as I take two new courses in art journaling. I will stretch my shyness filled comfort zone as I reach out more and try not to feel a panic attack when it's my turn to be observed at work. I will S-T-R-E-T-C-H my SELF to be a better person in 2011.

OK, you're the fourth "I'm picking my word" post I've read in ten minutes. Is this a sign? I've got to think about that!
