come on sophie. we do this every year. remember, it's halloween.
your human sister lets the kids take some candy from the bowl, i take their photo
and you stand there and look slightly annoyed.
~
oh yeah.
it's that holiday. the one dad hates and the one that eats up minutes of my nap time.
fine. go ahead.
give the kids their candy already. let's get this over with as fast as we can.
here are some of my favorite little goblins that visited me last night
{not that sophie really cares}
Love the waldo!
ReplyDeleteThe girls on the top left make me smile!
ReplyDeleteSo cute! You had some fun at your door. We have gotten to the point where we get very few kids and not usually in costume. One smiling little one came to my door and said "trick or treat" and I said "smell my feet". He must have never heard that and just cracked up and said "you are funny". That made my evening. I am surprised Sophie even stays by the door. My cat hides until it is over.
ReplyDeleteI love that you get those photos, how wonderful!
ReplyDeletehow fun! you got all ages! I love the Harry Potter!!
ReplyDeleteI have always wanted Halloween visitors. But I have never lived anywhere that enabled them to come. You are so lucky!
ReplyDeleteLove the kids costumes, plus the one adult!
ReplyDeleteYour doggie looks a little worried!!!!
Great shot of your poochie! I am trying to take pictures our new pup and also of our other pet poochie. Pets can be very hard to take a sharp photo of.
ReplyDeleteMay I ask what exposure / iso / white balance you were using?
Wow a good mix of cute and scary...Tell Sophie she's good for another year ;)
ReplyDelete:) we don't get trick or treaters here, being a hermit has a couple of drawbacks...
ReplyDeletelove harry pottah!
I love that dog!!! Adorable! And the kids aren't too bad either!
ReplyDeleteLove Sophie!! And the kids looks so great!!
ReplyDeleteGreat pics
Hugs

Oooh, Harry!....
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing...we don't get treaters "out here"!
ReplyDeleteFun!!
i LOVE the little guys who really believe they ARE who they dress up as. My favorite was a four year old pirate with a curly painted-on mustache and a straight blond bob, who was more interested in blowing out the candle in our pumpkin than getting his halloween candy!
ReplyDeleteoh, and i wish i could kiss sophie's sweet sweet face. my dog believes every trick-or-treater has personally come to visit her...
little harry potter is so cute!
ReplyDeleteAdorable! I love greeting trick-or-treaters! and my dog feels exactly the same way that Sophie does:)
ReplyDeleteThat little Harry Potter is my fave.
ReplyDeletewaving to sophie!!
ReplyDeletexo
