a mood doesn't always have to be bad....

these photos were beautiful before i even touched them
and
maybe i should have just left them alone
but
for some reason
the viewfinder boxes
seemed to capture the mood i am in

isn't that the case with most things
~
i know when i get dressed,  it's my mood that dictates what i wear.
it's also my mood that dictates what i eat, when i eat, who i talk to, what work i get done, where i go, what i buy, how i write, what i photograph, if i have a glass of wine, when i pick up the phone and who i want to spend time with.
~
so call me moody....but in a good way.

Well I'll call you moody in a good way if you do the same for me...because you are right on the button Beth...our mood (even when we don't know what that mood is when we waken) does the set the tone for our choices throughout our day. Photos as always are most impressive and artfully done!

I do know that feeling.....and moods are just a way of living....I loved the color and like TexWisGirl said of it looking like you are looking through an old barn window.

I think 'moods' are wonderful barometers of our lives. If we read them well..we learn to go with our most basic of instincts and trust our hearts. Go with whatever your mood speaks!

I agree with the mood thing, except for the dressing part. I'm a guy, really don't care what I look like....and it shows sometimes. But mood definately dictates who I talk to, when I talk to them....and blogging too. If I'm in a really down mood, there will be no blogging. Love your photos

I just found your blog a couple weeks ago, and wanted to let you know how refreshing you are! It truly is like sitting down with a cup of coffee and shooting the breeze when I read your words. You make me smile. Your photos are fun, gorgeous and genuinely happy feeling.

Thank you!

I have moods too. Today was a black t-shirt, no make-up day. Tomorrow, it will have to be a traveling shoes one as I hit the road for way up North. Knowing I will see a certain blond, kooky, sweet 3 year old at the other end will probably affect the mood too !;-)

BEE-UTIFUL !!!
Hugs !

love the processing, but i believe you that they were beautiful to begin with! if we didn't have different moods, man, we'd be boring, wouldn't we?
