i've been a fan of nella and her family for quite some time now. kelle's book about their journey is coming out in april and below is the amazing trailer for it.
i hope you take the time to watch this video. i believe you'll be inspired when you do.
i also think you'll fall in love with this family.
if {hopefully "when"} you go to kelle's blog after you've watched the video, she has a tab that says
"start here" and i highly recommend doing that.
now go out and do something amazing with that precious life of yours

God put these blessed one's on this earth to show us how GOD loves us, unconditionally and to show us just what is important. I pray the book goes viral and makes the talk circuit in an explosive way. I hope what people/parents get from this book that children are a blessing no matter what the circumstances. I hope this book will somehow open the eyes of parents across the world, Children are a blessing!

ReplyDeleteoh jeepers... tears pouring down my face. but, yes, one wild and precious life it is.

ReplyDeleteI have been following this blog for awhile...and so admire and appreciate this woman's courage, perspective and willingness to share her story. I can hardly wait for her book to come out!
ReplyDeleteI know of this story family but didn't know about the book. The children are a blessing and her photography is a gift.

ReplyDeleteOh, tears tears tears. That is so beautiful! I'm heading over to her place right now.
ReplyDeleteAs exhausted as I am this evening, I knew I wanted to come and read your blog before I turned in for the night. And now I know what I wanted to be here...because there was one more smile in my heart and on my face today. And I remembered that all the "junk" in the world, all the "stuff" that we deal with it just that...stuff and junk. And all the real things that matter and have value are here waiting for us to grasp and say "oh yes" to this one wild and precious life. And to those in our world who are not the way we thought they might be, or who walk in a different way, but are on the same path that we are on...and to remember to smile and say "hello". And those who teach us and remind us that deep down in our deepest place where it matters the most we are all the same. I love you for sharing this with us. xo
ReplyDeleteOh, Beth, thanks for sharing this. What a precious story and perfect reminder that even when life doesn't turn out as expected, it can be beautiful. A great way to start my Monday!
