i love making these little signs and i thought it most appropriate to make one to welcome in february. january, you came and left your mark and for many it smarted. so february, no pressure, but we're liking you already and all you've done is arrive.
yup, you're cute and everything,
but you are not a bird, darn it.
one reason why i dislike those sneaky squirrels - big big BIG time. they have cute tails. ( :
ReplyDeleteVarmint.
ReplyDeleteYou gotta love 'em for their persistence!
ReplyDeleteI am welcoming February with a full heart. January brought the deaths of two dear friends and more snow than I thought could ever come down from the sky. I'm not sure February could be worse -- at least it is shorter. (Try corn and nuts for the squirrels -- they'll get tired of that "unsatisfying" seed!)
ReplyDeleteWhat a clever little fellow. We feed the squirrels in our backyard and they are such a hoot to watch :)
ReplyDeleteGreat photos!
Your blogging sister, Connie :)
They are certainly acrobats though.
ReplyDeleteLove them some bird food for sure.
I have a love/hate relationship with squirrels. As for red squirrels, it's mostly a hate!!!
ReplyDeleteOh those pesky squirrels! That is exactly what they do at the lake too- no matter how we position them! Even so- the photos are awfully darn cute.
ReplyDeleteHoping Feb has some smooth and easy days in it !
ReplyDeleteHappy New Month !
Ok...thought the comment posted...stupid blogger! So far so good for 2014. You know what I want in Feb! :). Lol
ReplyDeleteGreat photos. Those darn rascals! They'll die trying to outsmart us.
