it's perfectly normal to wear your shoes on the wrong feet
and
giggle with your sister
and
to push and shove and make somebody cry
while getting to the top of the jungle gym
it's even okay to be really silly
while trying to hide your face from the goofy lady with the camera
but
the best part of
"on the best day of spring so far"
is
letting your little bare piggies play in the grass
and
learning to be friends with the lady bugs that land in your hair
*
this is a sneak peek from a totally adorable impromptu photo shoot
with
3 1/2 year old triplets and their 1 1/2 year old little brother
~~
next time
we'll get their older brother in on the act
but
right now his spring days are filled with kindergarten
*
and
just so you know
in my next post
you will showered with more of these adorable kids
and
all their sweetness
*
Yup, kiddo time is good for the soul ! And the photographs !
ReplyDeleteEnjoy spring time frolicks...still cloudy here but warm and sun is on the way, they say. Kind of need it...in the mean time, I will try and remember the kiddo way - play the day away...
Love the photo shoot!! I could hear the giggles and the tears. And I could feel the warm sun on my face. Thanks

ReplyDeleteI'm into bare toes in the grass. What a feeling of freedom. We were in flip flops and shorts yesterday. These are lovely photos, fun and spontaneous. I know that you have a special way with children because the child in me responds to you so well.
ReplyDeleteDear Beth,
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing these wonderful photos. I have triplets who are 5 and an older son who is 7. We have many days just like these! I love your magical blog. Your sentiments touch the spirit of the day at the playground perfectly!
I'm enjoying green tea and your blog.

ReplyDeleteLook at those clean pink and white soles! Shoot soon -- if the weather stays like this, they'll be grassy and muddy soon. But the smiles will be just as happy.
