and then just like that

my hair never gets pulled back
my floors are not dark
my dresses are not that short
and grey is not really "my" color
but I love being barefoot
I love black and white
and sometimes being upside down
is just what I need to shake out the cobwebs
and make the world look right again

  1. Know what you mean about upside down. It's like hitting the "reset" button.

  5. That looks like something from a Kylie Minogue video -- pretty foxy! If that wallpaper is flocked, try to pinch me a big piece will ya? (grin)

  6. I hope the webs get appropriately shaken and not stirred! This photo reminds me of Fred Astaire's dance on the ceiling from (I think) "Royal Wedding!" Easier with effects than otherwise, but you seem to master it effortlessly! Cute outfit, too!

  7. Hi Beth, wow, what a lovely blog you have! And to think that I would have never discovered it unless you had been sweet enough to stop by mine!!!

I was wondering what class you are taking at the Art Ridge Studio, I read on but couldn't find out! Hope it is fun and you learn a lot!!! xoxo Carol
